Tragic Bus Crash in Northern California – Many Injured Including the Driver

I note that there was a tragic bus crash on Interstate 5 in northern California.  The bus driver may well have fallen asleep.  Sadly many passengers were also injured.  I wonder if the driver’s family knows that the workers’ compensation system is a no fault system? Even if he did fall asleep on the road, which I am not saying happened, his family members would be able to recover on his behalf if he were to be tragically injured.  As of Sunday, his son had not heard from his father.  Tragic news, but our office will travel.  Our office represents people statewide, and even the families of this disaster.
